Returns & Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee
Let us know within 30 days of receiving your order that you would like to return it. You then have 14 days to send the item back. For orders delivered in several parcels, the 30 days start when you receive the last item.
Conditions
- Items should be unworn (other than trying on), unwashed and undamaged, with original labels and packaging where available.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and earrings with the seal removed cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
How to start a return
- Email alerastudio.com@gmail.com with your full name, order number and the items you want to return (add photos if an item is faulty).
- We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us.
Return postage
For change-of-mind, size or fit returns, return postage is paid by the customer. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we cover reasonable return costs.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or proof that you sent it. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the funds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible subject to stock. If your size is unavailable, you can return the item and place a new order.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
