How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 working days, then delivery usually takes 5–15 working days.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, standard UK delivery is free unless checkout shows a different charge.
Where are orders dispatched from?
Some items are sent directly by our suppliers, which may be outside the UK. Orders with several items can arrive in separate parcels.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, we email tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, you can return eligible items within 30 days. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
Can I return only part of my order?
Yes, you can return individual eligible items.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays for change-of-mind returns; we cover reasonable costs for faulty or incorrect items.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Email us your order number, a short description and photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop it, but once an order is processed or dispatched this may not be possible.
