Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday start processing the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 5–15 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Some items are sent directly by our suppliers, which may be located outside the UK, so orders with several items can arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free, unless a different charge is shown at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we email you the tracking details. The first update from the carrier can take a few working days to appear.

Delays

Busy periods, weather and customs checks can occasionally cause delays. Please make sure your delivery details are complete and correct; parcels returned because of an incorrect address may incur extra delivery costs.
