RETURNS POLICY

Consumers have 30 days from receiving the item to return it, without having to give a reason. The direct cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. The item must be returned in suitable condition, used no more than necessary to check its nature, characteristics or functioning. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until the customer provides valid proof of return. If the item has lost value because of misuse, damage, excessive handling, or missing accessories, labels, documentation or original parts, that loss of value may be deducted from the refund.

EXCEPTIONS

The right to return does not apply in cases excluded by law, including but not limited to: items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised; items that can deteriorate or expire quickly; sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery; items that, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; sealed recordings, software or digital products that have been unsealed; digital content not supplied on a physical medium once delivery has begun with the customer's express consent and acknowledgement that the right to cancel is lost; services fully performed with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost once the service is provided; and any other cases set out in applicable law.
