SMS marketing and notifications. We use the information you agree to share for our SMS service to send you text notifications (about your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), marketing offers and transactional messages, including review requests. Our website uses cookies to track the items you add to your cart, even if you leave checkout; this is used to decide when to send cart reminder messages by SMS.

Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept them. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

SHIPPING POLICY
We are proud to offer free shipping!
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sale periods.
We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 3–10 business days of the order date and ship the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship at weekends.
Once your order has been placed we cannot cancel it. If you need to change your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After that, delivery time depends on your location. Estimated delivery times by region:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–16 business days
- Central America: 10–25 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 business days
- Other countries: 11–30 business days
In exceptional cases an order may take longer than usual, up to 40 business days. If you experience an unusual delivery delay, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to help.
