30 days to decide
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to try it on at home and return it if it's not what you expected.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and still have its tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and swimsuits and bikinis cannot be returned without their original seal.
How to return
- Write to us with your order number and let us know what you want to return.
- We'll send you the instructions and a return label.
- Once we receive the package and check its condition, we'll process your refund.
Refund
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used. How long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
