Alera

Alera is a women's fashion brand created in 2016. We design and sell dresses, footwear, jewelry, and accessories intended for everyday wear and for the occasions that matter.

How we work

We work with small batches and restock based on actual demand, rather than producing large quantities that later have to be liquidated or destroyed. It is better for business and also for the planet.

We take care in the construction so that the garments last: a garment that is worn for years has much less impact than three that wear out in a season.

Packaging

We ship with the minimum amount of material possible and avoid single-use plastic whenever the protection of the item allows it.
